This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is excellent, offering affordable prices without compromising on quality. The attention to detail is impressive, with beautifully decorated rooms and a fine bathroom. The location is perfect, with easy access to all public transport and within walking distance to the White House, great bars, and restaurants in a residential area. The staff provides exceptional service, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is out of this world, with a specialty in French toast that will leave you wanting more.

The terrace room had a huge terrace with a great view of the city and the capital dome. The breakfast was phenomenal and the company was grand.
The bathroom was located down a flight of stairs, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location of this B&B is quite convenient, allowing you to easily explore the city. You can easily walk to the Mall, Smithsonian museums, and other areas of DC. The proximity to the Mount Vernon Square subway station makes it easy to access other parts of the city as well.
The clash between modern and historical furnishings in the house can be a bit off-putting.
